My practice is rooted in science, compassion, and a personal mission: “Care and Healing for All.” I specialize in therapeutic techniques that support the body’s natural recovery systems — from post-surgical lymphatic care to chronic pain relief. I’m also certified in personal training with a focus on foundational balance, neuro-resets, and gentle strength training, helping clients build strength and mobility from the inside out.
