I’m also certified in personal training with a focus on foundational balance, neuro-resets, and gentle strength training, helping clients build strength and mobility from the inside out. My approach combines clinical knowledge with a personal touch. Every session is tailored to meet your unique needs — whether you’re healing, recovering, or maintaining wellness. Outside the clinic, I love spending time in nature — kayaking, hiking, and riding motorcycles. I also enjoy dancing, singing, and sharing life with my family and friends.
